About Anne Grete Haugen

I have grown up close to nature
in the mountains and by the rocky shores of Norway.
So here is where I started my journey as a photographer.

The nature is alive, omnipresent and so close - fills you with energy.
To enter its peaceful room gets you in touch with a kind of magic.
That`s what I seeks to show and make you feel like being there.

As a photographer I am on my way to an unknown destination.
I like to capture the beauty in the simple and trivial
and show it as grate as it is.

I like to entrust control to what arises in the moment.
It makes meaningful coincidences and points out opportunities
and directions for my photography.

I illustrate universal and archaic themes in my projects
but which are also personal to me.
